How It Works

Four steps. Fifteen minutes. Ready for any room.

Enata's simulation workflow runs end-to-end before any major meeting. Build your buyer's twin, rehearse the objections, get coached, and walk in prepared.

Step 1 of 4

Build your buyer's digital twin.

You don't need a recording of your prospect or a deep CRM export. Start with what you know: their role, their likely priorities, and the deal stage you're at.

Configure the profile in two minutes.

Select the buyer's title from a library of common B2B roles. Choose their company type and size. Add any specific context you know, such as their current tooling or a recent public announcement about their team's priorities.

Enata uses these inputs to set the persona's defensiveness level, budget authority, and likely buying blockers.

Step 2 of 4

Run the simulation as a live conversation.

The buyer twin responds the way your actual prospect might. Push back, deflect with budget, or bring in a new stakeholder concern. You handle it in real time.

The conversation runs like a real meeting.

The buyer twin opens with context-setting questions or a challenge. You respond as you would in the room. Each exchange is stored and scored as the session progresses.

Sessions can be paused and resumed. There's no time limit. Some reps prefer a focused 10-minute run; others go longer when practicing a complex multi-stakeholder scenario.

We already evaluated two platforms last quarter. What makes this conversation worth my time?
Fair question. Can I ask what the two you evaluated were missing? That's usually the fastest way to know if we're worth your hour.
One was too generic for our deal cycle, the other's coaching was surface level.
Coaching tip You found the gap. Pivot now to your depth differentiator.

Step 3 of 4

Review the coaching report.

Every session generates a full annotated transcript and a structured coaching output with specific language alternatives for your weakest exchanges.

Annotated transcript. Every exchange is labeled with its coaching outcome: strong open, missed opportunity, effective pivot, weak close, or needs rework.

Language alternatives. For each flagged exchange, Enata shows a revised version of your response using better framing, so you can read the diff, not just hear the critique.

Session score. A composite across empathy, ROI framing, and next-step clarity. Track score trends across sessions to show progression toward readiness targets.

Step 4 of 4

Walk into the real meeting having already been there.

The simulation has already surfaced the objections that will come up. You know how you responded, what landed, and what to do differently. The actual meeting is the second run-through.

Reduced cognitive load in the room.

When you've rehearsed, you spend less mental energy anticipating objections and more on reading the actual conversation in front of you.

Confidence from having handled it before.

Teams that run pre-meeting simulations consistently report higher confidence going into competitive deals. Practice creates anchored memory for the moments that matter.

Fast iteration on what didn't work.

After the meeting, re-run the simulation with adjustments. Test a different opening or objection response, get new coaching, and apply it to the next deal.

Manager Dashboard

Managers get visibility without sitting in on every meeting.

The simulation dashboard shows session history, score trends per rep, the objection types they struggle with most, and which buyer profiles they've rehearsed. No call recordings, no shadowing. Just data.
