Common questions about pricing.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the new features are available immediately and you're billed a prorated difference. When you downgrade, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Your account remains active but new simulations are paused until the next billing period. You can access all your past sessions, profiles, and coaching reports. You can also upgrade to Team at any time to continue without waiting.
Both Starter and Team plans include a 14-day free trial. You get full access to the features of your chosen plan from day one, no credit card required. At the end of 14 days, billing starts automatically if you haven't cancelled.
Annual plans are billed once per year at the discounted rate (20% off the monthly per-seat price). You pay upfront for the full year. If you add seats mid-year, those are prorated for the remaining months.
Yes. Enterprise is designed for organizations that need purchase order processing, custom contract terms, volume discounts, or specific invoicing requirements. Contact our sales team to discuss your setup.
