Enata LLC ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), Business Bay, Bay Square Building 3, Office 604, Dubai, United Arab Emirates 51133, operates goenata.com and the Enata AI sales-rehearsal platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. For privacy enquiries, contact us at [email protected].
1. Personal Information We Collect
Account and identity data. When you register or update your profile, we collect your name, work email address, company name, job title, and password credentials (stored as a cryptographic hash).
Buyer twin configurations. The role titles, industry context, company-size details, and objection patterns you enter when building a digital-twin buyer persona. This content is created by you and processed on your behalf to run your rehearsal sessions.
Simulation session data. The conversational inputs you provide during live rehearsal sessions, including the text exchanges between you and the buyer twin. If voice input is enabled, speech is transcribed and the audio is not retained beyond the session.
Coaching and performance data. Post-session transcripts, objection-handling scores, AI-generated coaching notes, and historical performance metrics visible to you and your manager on the coaching dashboard.
Usage and technical data. Pages visited, features accessed, session timestamps, IP address, device type, browser identifier, and referring URL. We collect this automatically to operate and improve the platform.
Payment data. Billing information is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems; we retain only a transaction reference and billing address for accounting purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect to:
- run simulation sessions and deliver AI-generated coaching feedback and post-session analysis;
- populate manager and enablement-leader dashboards with team performance data and rep progress metrics;
- process subscription billing, manage your account, and handle trial sign-ups;
- respond to your support requests and other communications;
- detect and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorised access;
- analyse aggregated, anonymised platform usage to improve coaching-model quality and product features;
- comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful legal processes.
3. Session Content
Your buyer twin configurations and simulation session inputs are processed solely to run your rehearsals and generate coaching analysis within the Enata platform. We do not use your session content to train our underlying AI models without your explicit written consent. We do not share your session content with third parties for their independent commercial use.
If you configure a buyer twin with information about a real individual (for example, an actual prospect's stated objections), you are responsible for ensuring you have an appropriate basis for doing so under applicable law.
4. Sharing
We share personal information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We engage cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and security-monitoring providers as data processors. Each operates under a written contract limiting their use of data to delivering services to us.
- Your organisation. If your account is provisioned under a corporate or team subscription, your employer's designated administrator may access your session records and performance metrics within the platform.
- Competent authorities. We will disclose information when required by applicable UAE law, a binding legal order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
5. Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and for 24 months after account closure. Session transcripts and coaching records are retained for 36 months from the session date or until you delete them, whichever is earlier. Anonymised aggregate metrics may be retained for longer periods to support platform improvements. Payment and transaction records are retained for the period required by UAE tax and commercial regulations, typically seven years.
6. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and periodic security reviews. No system can be guaranteed completely secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Enata account and to notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable UAE and international data-protection norms, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing activities. To make any such request, email [email protected] with sufficient detail for us to locate your records. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
9. Changes and Contact
